1 — Prep:Start with clean, dry skin. Skip lotion, oil, and body butter on the area — adhesive won't hold over any of them. This is the single most common reason covers slip.
2 — Position:Peel the backing. Place the wide end low, with the tab pointing up toward your collarbone.
3 — Lift and hold:Pull the tab upward to the height you want, then press and hold for five seconds. You control how much lift you get — pull further for more.
4 — Secure the edges:Smooth outward from the centre so no edge lifts. Any edge left unpressed is where it'll start to peel.

If you're between sizes, size up. The larger cover has a longer tab, which gives you more leverage and more lift — you can always pull less far, but you can't add tab length you don't have.
Larger busts: yes, they work — size up to Large for the longer tab, which is what carries the weight. You'll get genuine lift and shape, though not the structural all-day support of an underwire. Nothing adhesive does.
Not sure of your cup? Measure loosely around the fullest part and again under the bust. The difference in inches is roughly your cup: 1″ = A, 2″ = B, 3″ = C, 4″ = D.
Backless dresses, deep-V and plunge necklines, halters, one-shoulder tops, fitted tees, bodysuits and going-out tops — anywhere a bra either shows or simply won't work.
Where they're weakest: loose, flowing, unstructured fabric. The garment moves independently of your body and can catch an edge. Fitted and structured is where these perform best.
